RETURNS
We apologize that the product did not meet your expectations. If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to support@yokai-co.com and provide your order number along with the specific items you wish to return. Please note that returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

For a return to be processed, it must be requested within 30 days from the date of receiving the order (based on the delivery date mentioned in the tracking record, if applicable). The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.


REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. Subsequently, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.


EXCHANGE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement will be sent out automatically within a certain amount of days.


WRONG/DEFECTED ORDER
If you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly contact us at support@yokai-co.com with your order number, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
